Happiness is a main objective for everybody, it is the engine of success and the source of positive energy, and because happiness is a decision, the UAE government as usual thinks outside the box, decided in 2016, establishing a Ministry of Happiness, as the first Ministry of Happiness in the world to providing happiness, prosperity and well-being, this is for the sake of everyone who lives on its lands, whether a citizen or a resident.
The UAE government considers happiness a priority for everyone who lives in the UAE.
The Ministry of Happiness, in turn, has developed national programs to consolidate the principle of happiness in government departments and support community initiatives such as financing the marriage of one hundred couples on the National Day of Happiness.
The Ministry of Happiness has also taken a lot of measures to ensure the success of its mission and the implementation of its objectives on the ground, and for this reason it has undertaken the following:
Appointment of CEOs for happiness and its quality, establishment of happiness councils, setting aside time for happiness activities, conducting customer surveys and taking their opinions to ensure service improvement, and many more.
Many initiatives have also been launched, including the UAE Happiness Research Centre, Friends of Happiness Platform, Wellbeing Academy, World Happiness Day in the UAE, and so on.
Happiness Index Criteria are based on three bases: Study customer opinion, study undercover shopper and study community opinion.
The ministry also has very nice luxury brightly coloured cars (Happiness patrols), it is the first experience of its kind in the world and distributes gifts to people.

The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence, to achieve the UAE's strategy to develop technologies in all sectors such as health, renewable energy, transportation, environmental and climate, and various other sectors, the ministry works to create a climate conducive to a rapid transition to the world of technology, Introducing technology into all fields.
The United Arab Emirates seeks to develop its capabilities permanently to ensure an advanced position among countries, and for that, the government works to innovate everything that is new for that, the UAE was able to overcome the stage of drawing on expertise and experiences from other countries in many fields, and moved strongly to the stage of creativity and providing successful national experiences to other countries, and the process of development still continues.
